What if a caller asks for medical or dental advice?

CayesDesk states that it cannot provide medical or dental guidance, captures the concern for staff review, and routes the message according to your clinic's rules.

What happens if a caller describes an emergency?

Emergency-related language directs the caller to call 911 and triggers the escalation path you approved during setup.

Are there contracts or overage charges during the trial?

No. The free trial is designed to be a low-friction proof period with no contract and no overage charges. You can cancel any time before day 15.

What happens after the trial?

Yes. During setup we configure CayesDesk to connect with your systems based on your clinic's approved script. CayesDesk can check availability, confirm consult bookings, and push billing events to your RCM stack. All integrations are scoped by your practice protocols and never exceed what your team approves.

How do you ensure clinical safety?

CayesDesk uses deterministic workflows, pre-launch simulations, approval gates, and full conversation logs so your clinical team can validate every behavior before going live. Escalation rules are set by your practice and reviewed before any call is handled. Medical and dental advice is never provided.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You keep your existing number. If you prefer, we can assign a dedicated line during setup and forward your existing business number to it, or share the new number directly with patients.

CayesDesk workflows are built with enterprise-grade security: end-to-end encryption, audit logging, role-based access controls, and data handling practices aligned with applicable healthcare privacy regulations including HIPAA. We do not retain conversation data for model training.
